The last two years have been tough years for all of us. Living in a pandemic situation made it hard to cope with our daily routines.
In this webinar, our guest speaker will help you to learn coping skills which are important in handling stressful situations. Learning new skills and enhancing current skills are needed to get through the pandemic as well as our daily lives.
