Our Project
“Speak Up Borneo 10.0 (SUB 10.0)” is an initiative in line with the Sustainable Development Goal #4 Quality Education – To ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. We aim to empower the students of East Malaysia in gaining technical skills related to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) which are useful for their future employment and entrepreneurship.
About Organising Committee Volunteer (OCV)
The Organising Committee team 10.0 is recruiting a few OCVs to support the execution of the project itself. You will be given a certificate of recognition for assisting the organising team throughout the project! We provide you with opportunities to engage with students from other universities in Malaysia. Grab this chance to learn about people from different parts of Malaysia and some project management skills at the same time!
Job Description as an OCV
- Assist the host of the session (Sessions Facilitator)
- Assist in external relationship development
- Facilitate the Local Virtual Volunteers (LVV) throughout the project
Our Expectation towards OCVs
- Able to speak English fluently
- Responsible and Proactive
- Able to use google suites
Commitments as an OCV
⌚ Duration: 4 weeks (excluding preparation period)
