Greetings to all Curtin Malaysia students!

It’s never easy to have confidence in yourself. We’re always comparing ourselves with our peers, or even so-called influencers on the Internet. They make us feel unappreciated and we can’t see the worth in ourselves. And with all the influences of social media, women start to lose their confidence, and what’s even more saddening, they lose their sense of purpose. They only dress to impress, and act to fit in.

But gurllll, STOP IT! You shouldn’t worry about stuff like “you’re not pretty enough”, “you’re not slim enough”, “you’re not smart enough” or “you’re not strong enough”. We women are ENOUGH. Women, it’s time for us to stand up for each other, build our own equality, positions and dignity in this society with peace, love and confidence. We can be happy and comfortable because we want to be, not because of other people.

The Rotaract Club of Curtin Malaysia in cooperation with the Rotaract Club of UNIMAS, is inviting anyone of you, yes, boys and girls, to our special talk ‘Hey Women, Be Yourself, Love Yourself Unapologetically’ on 27 February 2021. Details are as follows.
