Dr. Shaik Roslinah Bux to give talk on generation imperative on human capital management at Curtin Sarawak

Miri – 9 September 2013 – Dr. Shaik Roslinah Bux, Transformation Management Office (TMO) Manager at Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), will be giving a talk entitled ‘Generation Imperative on Human Capital Management (HCM)’ at Curtin University, Sarawak Malaysia (Curtin Sarawak) on 17 September 2013.

Open to students and staff of the university, as well as members of the public, the talk is being hosted by the Department of Marketing and Management of Curtin Sarawak’s School of Business from 2.00 pm onwards in the Council Room, Level 1, Heron 1 (John Curtin Building).

According to Dr. Bux, she will discuss points on generation imperative on HCM that could suggest potential study areas during her talk.

In her 22 years service with MPC, Dr. Bux has served in various divisions, namely Corporate Affairs, Productivity and Quality (P&Q) Training, P&Q Promotion, Accreditation and Joint-venture, Malaysian Benchmarking Services, Best Practices, Deputy Director-General 1’s Office,  Best Practice Management, World-Class Human Capital Development, Enterprise Innovation, as well as Strategic Planning & Corporate Communication.

Her current position deals with assisting MPC’s Director-General to transform the organisation and facilitate the transformation processes at MPC, where she is the facilitator and catalyst for the Working Committee on Core Values and Compliance.

Dr. Bux is also an analyst on the development and evolution of human capital matters, and has conducted numerous best practices quick surveys and case studies on exemplary organisations, analysing and communicating research information on best practices.
