Students interested to enrol at Curtin Sarawak invited to info sessions
Posted date:Miri – 19 December 2013 – Potential students interested to enrol in the 2014 intake at Curtin University, Sarawak Malaysia (Curtin Sarawak) and wish to gather more information on courses available are invited to attend two information sessions hosted by the university in Miri.
The first session will be held on 20 December at the office of CT Academic Services at Lot 530, 1st Floor, Pelita Commercial Centre from 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm while the second will be on 21 December at L&P Consultant Services at Lot 2929, 2nd Floor, Faradale Shophouse, Jalan Bulan Sabit from 9.00 am to 12 noon.
The information sessions will also provide updates on the newly introduced Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) units for new students in 2014. In addition, there will be a briefing on Curtin Sarawak’s new Foundation Studies course structures for both Engineering and Science and Commerce and Arts.
Curtin Sarawak is currently offering complimentary bookshop vouchers in conjunction with the university’s ‘Curtin Application Month’ promotion from 1 to 31 December 2013.
New enrolees applying this December to join the university for the new semester in March 2014 are eligible to receive the bookshop vouchers worth RM100 while those submitting their Acceptance and Enrolment Forms in December (including those submitting before 1 December 2013) will receive vouchers worth RM200.
The vouchers are valid for four months from 15 December 2013 to 15 April 2014 and can be redeemed at the Curtin Sarawak Bookshop for items such as stationeries, souvenirs, textbooks, T-shirts and other related items.
